KIP HDP vs. Conventional Photoconductive Technology

There are a number of technical factors that separate KIP HDP from conventional printing technology:

  • KIP HDP uses a unique method to transfer toner to the imaging drum. This patented method applies toner directly to the imaging drum using a static electrical charge. This method creates a very tight, fine dot pattern with little to no flaring seen in conventional printing technology.
  • KIP HDP toner is mono component, non magnetic and uses no carriers and developers. The result is a quality and efficiency unmatched by conventional systems.
  • KIP HDP does not use a conventional cleaning blade to remove excess toner from the drum during the imaging process.
